STONE BRIDGE ON A SNOWY DAY

This is an oil painting that I did for my Mother many years ago. She passed on in 2000 at the age of 86 and I have the painting hanging in my guest bedroom now. I don't paint in oils anymore because of many disabilities, but at age 74 I still enjoy sketching and drawing in colored pencils and pastels. It's fun to stay creative at any age!

MY NEEDLEPOINT

I thought maybe someone would enjoy seeing what I do when I'm not writing poetry. I made this pillow for my late sister, and her daughter has it now which is special to me that it was passed down through the family. I designed the pattern, also.

Enjoy and feel free to comment.
